Adelaide

Adelaide, the capital city of South Australia is a beautiful planned city blessed with a comfortable Mediterranean like climate. The people are friendly, streets are vibrant and just a stone’s throw away you’ll find fresh local produce from the Adelaide Hills, world-class wine regions such as the Barossa and the natural wonders of Kangaroo Island. It’s no wonder that it’s regarded as Australia’s most liveable city.

Wander the streets of Adelaide and discover the gorgeous ‘City of Churches’, with many of the historic churches still standing today and several converted into interesting dining establishments and residential homes. You can taste delicious chocolates at the Haigh’s Chocolate Shop and Visitor's Centre, see the famous Adelaide Oval, Art Gallery of South Australia and the charming seaside town of Glenelg. To top it all off, the best way to end your day is by soaking in the views of the city from Light's Vision Lookout.

Less than an hour away through the scenic Adelaide Hills is the Barossa, an amazing region regarded as the wine capital of Australia also famous for its gourmet food, picturesque landscapes and relaxed atmosphere. The Adelaide Hills is also home to Australia’s oldest surviving German settlement, Hahndorf where you can enjoy a unique cultural experience.

Travel south offshore to the pristine wilderness of Kangaroo Island. Walk among the Australian sea lions and free-roaming kangaroos and keep your eyes peeled for adorable koalas at Flinders Chase National Park. Absorb the natural wonders of the Remarkable Rocks and Admiral’s Arch, two amazing natural rock formations. Just 13 kilometres from the mainland, you’ll feel a million miles away.
