This organisation recruits and employs local Indigenous people. They reach these groups by way of providing support to assist with employment, and creating sustainable, Indigenous operated commercial enterprises, financial assistance for items such as work related licences, personal protective equipment, training and tools. They also put in place Positive Peer Pressure Programs that are aimed at building connectedness and broadening social networks.
