The health and safety of our guests and our team members is our highest priority. Covid-19 vaccinations and boosters are highly recommended, but no longer required. Please note that guests will need to comply with specific vaccine and/or booster requirements imposed by airlines and/or authorities in the destination visited, as well as requirements for accessing restaurants and venues, which may be more restrictive than above.
It is the guests responsibility to comply at all times with these requirements. No refunds will be given if guests are unable to undertake some or all of their vacation due to their failure to comply with these requirements.
This policy is subject to change at any time, without notice.
Please ensure you check the latest Australian and New Zealand Government travel requirements before traveling with us, which may include mandatory health declarations, use of face masks, entry permits, pre-approval, pre-departure testing and quarantine (possibly at your own expense). Please check your destination’s entry requirements, as well as requirements for accessing restaurants and venues to ensure that you’re prepared for your journey.
AAT Kings will continue to follow advice from government advisories and remain in touch with all our suppliers.

Important information when travelling to New Zealand
Those entering New Zealand (including from Australia) may need to obtain a negative PCR or RT-PCR pre-departure COVID test. It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure compliance with advised government requirements when travelling internationally.
For more information about visiting New Zealand please visit: https://www.immigration.govt.nz/about-us/covid-19/border-closures-and-exceptions/entry-to-new-zealand/border-entry-requirements
When travelling to and around New Zealand or Australia, authorities may implement border restrictions and other measures at short notice, which may impact your ability to move freely. It is possible that either government could close borders with limited notice, which may cause disruption to your travel. This is at your own risk, and cannot be the responsibility of AAT Kings Tours Pty Ltd. For full conditions, please see booking conditions.
