FLEXIBILITY PROMISE

Temporary changes to standard terms and conditions apply to new bookings until further notice. This penalty waiver allows you to change the destination and/or trip you are travelling on. We offer you the flexibility to change your booking up to and including 30 days prior to your booked departure date, with no loss of deposit. If, for any reason, you change your mind about your trip, you can select different dates and/or a new destination with no loss of deposit on the land portion of your trip with us (airlines/rail may impose different change policies and penalties).*

*For any new bookings being made, we are offering the option to change the land portion of the trip until 30 days prior to departure should you wish to change travel dates or travel to a different destination. This applies to land bookings only and does not apply to group bookings, or those operated by Heritage Tours (Gulf Savannah Wanderer and Cape York Frontier). If you choose a trip or departure that is more expensive than the original, you are responsible for the difference in price; if the trip or departure is less expensive than the original, a future travel credit will be issued for the difference. Airlines/rail may have different policies and penalty charges. Please note you are responsible for any airline/rail penalties imposed due to trip changes and/or cancellations. Waiver may be withdrawn without notice. Normal penalties apply for full cancellation without rebooking or cancellations within 30 days of departure. Other conditions apply.
