The Guided Holiday price you see on the AAT Kings website is per person, based on two guests sharing a room. Solo pricing can be found in the first step of the booking process, once you have selected your departure.

What's included in this price:

• Top-notch accommodations, carefully selected to enhance your experience at every stop

• Start your day right with daily breakfasts daily and enjoy curated meals as highlighted in each trip itinerary.

• Immerse yourself in your destination with included sightseeing and activities in iconic spots, as detailed in your itinerary

• Some internal flights where indicated on selected itineraries. We handle the logistics so you can focus on the journey.

What isn't included in this price:

• Your guided experience begins once you arrive at your destination. Flights to and from Australia or New Zealand aren’t included (but internal flights on select tours are).

• On First Choice Guided Holidays departing until 31 March 2026, airport arrival and departure transfers are included in the price of your tour. To book your transfer(s), contact us and share your flight details at least 6 weeks before departure. If you are travelling on any Classic or Small Group Guided Holiday on or after 1 April 2026, arrival or departure airport to hotel transfers can be added at an additional cost at the time of booking or via our Contact Centre prior to your tour departure date.

• Arrival or departure transfers from and to your arrival airport to the joining hotel. These can be added at an additional cost at the time of booking

• Want to arrive early or linger longer? Additional stays can be easily added during the booking process.

• Optional experiences. These can be booked and paid for during your trip to enhance your holiday with an extra dash of adventure, allowing you the flexibility to pick and choose what you feel like when you're on your tour

• Visas and Travel Insurance. 

• Any taxi fares or personal spending money including for non-included items, meals.

Our trip deposit amount and full payment due date depends on the type of trip you have booked.

Day Tours: Full payment is required at the time of booking

Short Breaks and Guided Holidays: A $200 non-refundable deposit per person per tour is required to confirm your booking within 7 days of confirmation. Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure or at time
of booking if the booking has been made within 60 days of trip departure.
