On arrival at Ayers Rock Airport you will be transferred to the resort (flights to arrive prior to 3.00pm).

View sunset and the changing colours of Uluru while enjoying nibbles and sparkling wine. Continue on to our exclusive venue to enjoy a delicious barbecue dinner and stargazing (weather permitting). Enjoy sparkling wine on arrival and dine on steak, lamb sausages, skewered chicken, garlic prawns and a selection of fresh salads and a tasty dessert.

Hotel: Outback Pioneer Hotel (Budget), Desert Gardens Hotel (Standard) or Sails in the Desert Hotel (Superior), Ayers Rock Resort, 3 nights.

Included Meals: Dinner

Day 2: Uluṟu Sunrise & Full Base Walk– Kata Tjuṯa (the Olgas) Sunset

At the sunrise viewing area watch the first rays of the sun set Uluru and the Red Centre alight. Here you’ll receive your breakfast. After sunrise accompany your guide to commence your base walk of Uluru. Walk from Kuniya Piti, an Uluru sacred site and hear the Tjukurpa story (beliefs and law of the Anangu, the local Aboriginal people) of the Mala Men. Next up is the Mala Walk, which includes a visit into Kantju Gorge. Continue along the Lungkata Walk where your guide will tell you the Tjukurpa story of the cheeky Blue Tongue Lizard! Next stop is the Mutitjulu Waterhole. Your guide will indicate the natural features of the landscape, Aboriginal rock paintings and relay more traditional stories relating to this special place. Return to Kuniya Piti where you’ll board your coach and receive a certificate of your achievement!

This afternoon travel to Kata Tjuta (the Olgas) for one of our favourite sunset experiences. Marvel at the unique flora and admire the view of the central valley of the domes of Kata Tjuta while you take in a magnificent outback sunset while enjoying gourmet canapés and Australian wine.

Included Meals: Breakfast

Day 3: Kata Tjuṯa (the Olgas) Sunrise – Valley of the Winds

Watch the spectacular sunrise over Kata Tjuta, with Uluru in the distance, from the western dune viewing area. Your Driver Guide will then escort you on a 2-3 hour walk at Valley of the Winds. With views across the many domes of Kata Tjuta and out into the sacred Anangu men’s area, you’ll be in awe of this natural wonder.

Included Meals: Breakfast
