Optional Add-ons

Make the most of your Day Tour with an Optional Add-On.

Uluru Southern Sky BBQ Dinner with Japenese guide Addon

After sunset, clients are transferred to AAT Kings’ exclusive barbecue site with their Japanese-speaking Guide. The site is set amongst base of Uluru and desert oak trees providing a peaceful desert setting. The site is located far enough away from the resort lights so that there is a clear view of the stars in the southern sky. Once at the site, clients will be served a variety of Australian meats and salads, accompanied by a glass of wine, beer or soft drink (menus are subject to change). After dinner, the Japanese-speaking Guide will conduct a tour of the night sky, describing and pointing out some of the visible constellations with the assistance of a high beam spotlight (weather permitting). The Japanese-speaking Guide will also explain some Aboriginal stories that relate to the stars. Clients will then be served tea, coffee and dessert before returning to Ayers Rock Resort at 20:30-22:15 (varies throughout the year).

The Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park ticket is compulsory for any tour that enters the National Park and is valid for 3 consecutive days. You must carry your ticket with you every time you enter the National Park or you will be required to purchase another ticket. This is a government charge and is subject to change without notice. Children 15 years and under are not required to pay the entry fee.
