3 ways to travel as a group with AAT Kings
1. Reserve seats on an existing tour departure
Take the hassle out of planning a day by day itinerary by selecting one that has already been meticulously planned. This is the easiest and simplest way to book a group tour.
If you find an itinerary from our existing range of tours that is right for your group, there are 2 options:
- We can arrange for you to take an allocation of seats on an existing departure.
- Or we can arrange a sole-use of a coach on that itinerary on a departure date chosen by you.

2. Special charter groups
If your group is looking for a unique itinerary that is currently not available in the AAT Kings range, no problem. We are happy to help you build a tour from scratch. Talk to one of our Group Specialists about your requirements and they’ll put together an custom designed itinerary to suit your needs and budget.

- Discounts apply to AAT Kings operated, Guided tours of 5 days or more (Premium, Cost Saver, Explorer and Camping tours). Additional conditions apply below.
- Discounts apply to the land component of the tour cost only (not incl. pre or post accommodation, tours incorporating rail or cruise components, or 3rd party operated tours).
- Group must be travelling together on the same tour, when booking at the same time and with the same travel agent.
